Anti-doping – Medsafe investigation into NZ Clenbuterol – 2015 (HJ) cricket player – possession and attempted use of clenbuterol – non-specified substance prohibited at all times – admitted violations – provisionally suspended without opposition – joint memorandum filed – sanction proposed by parties based on previous cases – Tribunal advised parties it wished to reconsider appropriate length of time for backdating – standard reviewed at Tribunal AGM and suggested it be increased to 12 months – parties offered opportunity of hearing on issue – second joint memorandum filed – Tribunal imposed a two year sanction period backdated by 12 months for timely admission and investigation delays
