Helen Gould is the Registrar of the Sports Tribunal. Helen had a career in communications before studying law. She has a LLM (First Class) and a LLB (Hons) (First Class) from Waikato and BAs in English Literature and Education Studies. Helen practised criminal defence and family law in Tauranga before moving to Wellington in 2021 when she took on a parental leave cover role of Legal Advisor in the Law Reform and Advocacy team at the NZ Law Society. Most recently Helen was employed by NZ Police as a Senior Legal Advisor in the Employment Relations team.
