The Sports Tribunal has suspended powerlifter Sean Winters for two years for returning a positive test for Octodrine and its metabolite Heptaminol, which are specified substances prohibited in competition. The suspension was backdated to 19 July 2020, the date of the test, for the athlete’s timely admission.
