Changes to Tribunal Membership

Sir Bruce Robertson has been appointed as a Deputy Chairperson of the Sports Tribunal.

Sir Bruce is a former Judge of both the High Court of New Zealand and the Court of Appeal of New Zealand.

Sir Bruce replaces retiring Deputy Chairperson Nick Davidson QC whose term has expired. Nick was an inaugural member of the Sports Tribunal who was appointed in 2003 as Deputy Chairperson.

Adrienne Greenwood was also an inaugural member of the Sports Tribunal appointed in 2003. Adrienne has also retired from the Sports Tribunal as her term has expired.

Dr Lynne Coleman has been reappointed for a further term as a Tribunal member. Lynne was appointed to the Tribunal in 2008.

The Tribunal congratulates Sir Bruce Robertson on his appointment and Dr Lynne Coleman on her reappointment.

The Tribunal thanks Nick Davidson and Adrienne Greenwood for their very significant contributions to the Tribunal and wishes them well for the future.
